I – Introduction
This document sets out the conditions of purchase of products and use of this website.
These conditions should be read carefully by the customer, as well as our privacy policies and use of cookies. By using our website to place an order the customer assumes to be aware of their duty to comply with these conditions.
If you do not agree with our privacy policy our conditions, you should not use this site.
Since our conditions may be changed the reading of them should be updated, as it will be the conditions in force at the time of signing the contract or the use of the site, which will apply.

THEPERFECTSTAMPA, LDA., is registered under the single registration and corporate number 514980443, with a share capital of Euros 20,000.00€ (twenty thousand euros) with headquarters at Rua de São Nicolau, n.º 121 – 1.º, 1100-548 Lisboa, and commercial establishment at Rua António Sérgio Lt 22, n.º 34, Foros da Amora, 2845-224 Amora, Portugal, and email address geral@theperfectstampa.com.
III – Customer data
The customer declares that all data provided by him is true and corresponds to reality. The customer declares to accept the treatment of his data as established in our privacy policy.
IV – Use of our website
When using our site, the customer agrees not to place any false or fraudulent orders and to provide us with the details that are necessary to process any order accurately and truthfully.
If the client does not provide us with the necessary data for processing orders and making the purchase, it shall not be pursued.
By making a purchase through our website the client declares that his over 18 years of age and has the ability to contract.
V – Contract celebration
To place an order through our website the client must follow the steps indicated in the purchase procedure. Before the client authorizes the payment must read and accept the present conditions of purchase. By accepting these conditions, his concluding a contract with us.
The customer will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order.
VI – Deliveries
Our items are available for delivering worldwide.
The shipping rates applied to each destination country are available on our website, namely at the time of purchase.
The items will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will try to ship your order within 3 to 5 days, but we do not deliver during the weekend.
The expected delivery date will be mentioned in the email that informs that the product has been shipped.
We will try not to exceed 30 days in delivering the products.
It may not be possible to comply with the stipulated deadlines for reasons beyond our control, such as problems in the delivery area or unforeseen circumstances or cases of force majeure for which we are not responsible, such as strikes, disturbances of public order, natural disasters, etc….
The purchase is concluded with delivery to the customer or authorized third party at the address indicated by him.
VII – Impossibility of delivery
If it is not possible to deliver the order we will send the client an email informing the return of the item. The customer should contact us in order to arrange the delivery for another day, or at another address.
If a new attempt is made, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs that it will incur.
VIII – Available products
Our website only contains products and sizes that are in stock.
IX – Payments
The price of each product is the one stipulated on our website at the time of ordering.
We always try to make sure that all the prices on our site are correct, however errors may occur. If an error is detected in a product that has been ordered the customer will be informed as soon as possible, by email, if the price of the product is lower than the announced we will return the difference,
If the price is higher the customer will be contacted to confirm or not the order.
If it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid will be refunded to the client within xxxx days.
If any product is at an incorrect lower price, and the price is obvious and manifest and such a situation can easily be recognised by the customer, we will not supply the product at that price.
If prices change, there will be no effect on orders to which confirmation has already been sent.
The prices that appear in the product description do not include the shipping costs that will be added to the total amount due, however they already include the taxes.
The payments can be made through Paypal or credit card.
In order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, the client credit card data will be encrypted. Upon receiving the order, we will pre-authorize the credit card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The cliente account will be debited as soon as the order is shipped.
By providing the credit card details, the customer declares that the credit card details are true and that he is the cardholder or user authorised by him.
If the card issuer does not authorize the payment, the contract will be terminated in accordance with the law.
The final price for payment includes all products in case the customer orders more than one, as well as the shipping costs of which you will be informed in advance.
X – Contract resolution
All purchases made through the website WWW.THEPERFECTSTAMPA.COM, are subject to Portuguese legislation.
The customer may freely terminate the contract under the terms of DL 24/2014 of February the 14, amended by DL 78/2018 of October the 15.
As so, within a period of 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party (indicated by the customer) is in physical possession of the products, the customer can freely terminate the contract.
If the order consists in several items that have been shipped separately, the 14 days shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the last item.
The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer, we do not accept any return sent with postage to be paid or cash on delivery.
If the client wishes to terminate the contract in these terms, he should send a statement to the email address geral@theperfectstampa.com

However, the customer may freely terminate the contract by any means in which he communicates his will unequivocally.
The customer will not be able to exercise the right of free resolution in the case of manifestly personalized products.
The products returned or exchanged, must be in conditions of sale, namely in the same state in which they were delivered to the customer, without any anomaly or damage and properly labeled. We do not accept exchanges or return of items that have been used, washed or altered.
All returned items must be accompanied by the respective invoice and labels.
If the customer terminates the contract, the amount paid will be refunded including the costs of delivery at the original place of shipment, within 14 days of the day on which the customer informs us of his decision to terminate the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods, or until the client show´s evidence that he returned them.
If the customer only wants to change the article, he should contact our customer service, through the email geral@theperfectstampa.com , before sending it, so that the new article is reserved for later shipment. In any case, these items are subject to prior confirmation of stock.
XI – Defective products
If the customer receives the order and considers that the product is not in condition, showing defect or damage, he should contact us to get indications on how to proceed.
The customer may cancel the contract or choose to replace the product.
If he chooses to cancel the contract the amounts spent will be refunded to him, including the costs of the original delivery as well as the costs of return.
The cost of returning replacement products will be sustained by us.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the original one.
XII – Size change
If the customer chooses for size changing, he should contact us in order to reserve a new size and check if it is in stock.
The costs of the exchange will be sustained by the client.
The new product will only be shipped when the previous one is received, or when the customer proves that it has already proceeded to its shipment.
You will be sent an email informing that the new item has been shipped.
XIII – Intellectual Property
The customer declares to know that all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content of our site are ours and that he has no license to use it.
XIV – Responsability
THEPERFECTSATMPA is not responsible for any damage caused to the customer by the use of the Internet network and our website, such as: breach of service, external intrusion, anomalies caused by computer viruses or any other case of force majeure.
XIIV – Complaints
The customer may submit their suggestions or complaints through the email geral@theperfectstampa.com.
XIIIV- Applicable Legislation
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the website WWW.THEPERFECTSTAMPA.COM is the Portuguese law.
For the resolution of any conflicts arising from the provision of services object of these General Conditions will be competent the forum of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
